PUNG HILL BBQ

Pung Hill BBQ is located at 114 Norridgewock Rd. in Fairfield, Maine (at the base of Pung Hill) two miles North of the Interstate 95 exit #130 (Waterville, Main Street Exit).

PUNG HILL BBQ hours are Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 PM to sell out (usually between 4PM and 6PM).

This is a sample menu: the menu changes from time to time and prices are market based.

PULLED PORK SHOULDER on a bun or grilled cornbread,

BBQ sauce, pickles, small side of slaw (put that slaw on the bun!).

SPICY SMOKED SAUSAGE (pork sausage) on a sub roll

peppers and onions, bourbon mustard sauce on the side, pickles, small side of slaw.                                                                            

SAUSAGE PLATE 2 sausage on grilled cornbread

ST. LOUIS STYLE RIBS on grilled cornbread

Open Friday – Sunday at 12:00 PM (or so) until sell out.

Most items don’t begin to sell out until after 4:00 PM.

Availability of ribs and sliced brisket changes throughout the day.

If the Pung is out by the road, we plan to be open the following weekend.
